Marks & Spencer: International Graduate Program in Athens & Thessaloniki

The M&S Graduate Program is an 14 month program for graduates, who want to build a career in retail internationally, and combines on-the-job training with structured training and placements in specific areas. 
You would learn how to lead and inspire our store teams to provide greate retail experience. Training would take place in Greece, in the UK as well as in other areas that M&S stores operate. Our goal is that at the end of the program, you would be expected to become store manager or debuty store manager for an international store abroad.

Candidate Profile

You need to be a dynamic & enthusiastic personality holding a business and/or commercial university degree and having none or up to one year of work experiece. You need to be fluent inat least one European language apart from English, preferably French, Spanish or any Eastern European language. You need to have strong interest for a career within retail and be ready to commit to working outside Greece for a number of years.
