Responsibilities- The ideal candidate will be responsible to communicate with customers regarding quotes and technical information’s and shall provide overall support on an ongoing basis via the telephone and e mail,
- Will assists the overall technical support to the internal equipment, software and hardware when necessary,
Skills & Knowledge
- At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant position in Technical Support Dept.
- Basic knowledge of Internet Services, Linux, Windows, SQL.
- Bilingual/Multilingual in English/Turkish or English/Russian is a requirement
- Self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal directions,
- Proven ability to successfully partner with other departments, to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team oriented matrix environment,
- Ability to work under a dynamic and high-pressure environment,
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to take initiative,
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office.
