is looking for a Senior Web Designer to join its creative team. A talented
web designer with a passion for digital who is looking to create amazing work
for our clients. Must have an experienced eye for design, participation in a
wide range of digital projects and passion for challenges.
Also, a
creative mindset with a good understanding of design concepts, color theory,
web typography and 3 years of experience in interactive/web design role is
required.
As a senior
web designer, you should be able to demonstrate a proven ability to understand
complex business problems and create intuitive & creative designs
that meet the needs of the end user while ensuring business and marketing
objectives.

Hard
Skills:
- Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe Flash.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS or CSS3.
- will be considered as a plus: motion design experience or familiarity
Soft
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multiple projects and project teams.
- Contribute as a full member of cross-functional teams to create innovative user experiences.
- Ability to manage a small team of 1 or 2 jr. web designers & a jr. copywriter.
- Very good written and oral communication skills (comfortable in interacting with all levels of the company and presenting projects).
- Partner with UX team to design, develop, test and verify usability of UI & Designs.
