Management Trainee Programme aims to attract talented young graduates and to

Our future Management Trainee
You
are a recent Graduate and you are just about to kick-start your career within
business, sales or marketing. You have a deep interest in business, branding
and FMCG. You already had international exposure, challenging internships or
been involved in diverse areas/activities. You are geographically mobile. You
are fluent in Norwegian and English. You are ambitious, result driven and
committed. You are analytically sharp, intuitive and a creative problem solver
with an open mind in your approach to tasks and people surrounding you. You
thrive in an international and changing environment. In projects you take
ownership and you are equally motivated by working independently and in teams.
We expect you to have excellent communication skills and leadership potential
and to possess the ability to inspire and motivate your colleagues.
