Job Title:
Customer Support Consultant-Ref: Cs.Thes/2014-6. Location: Thessaloniki . The suitable applicant will
work in the Technical Division of the Public Business Unit and he/she will be
responsible for the Public Sector’s Customer Support.
In
particular he/she will be responsible for:
- Installing/Customizing of the Q-Prime Suite applications
- Customer’s Support
- Conducting and facilitating seminars/workshops for clients’ needs
- Debugging/Solving software issues

Required
Skills:
- BSc Degree in Information Technology
- At least two years practical knowledge of the following:
- Technical Support of software applications (ERP, etc.)
- MS SQL Server
- Excellent communication skills, team player
- Goal-orientation, positive and cooperative attitude, problem solving, communication and self management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Fulfilled military obligations for male applicants.

Skills:
Knowledge
on Logistics/Accounting of Public Sector, will be a strong plus
