Customer Support Consultant, Uni Systems, Thessaloniki

Job Title: Customer Support Consultant-Ref: Cs.Thes/2014-6. Location: Thessaloniki. The suitable applicant will work in the Technical Division of the Public Business Unit and he/she will be responsible for the Public Sector’s Customer Support.

In particular he/she will be responsible for:
  • Installing/Customizing of the Q-Prime Suite applications
  • Customer’s Support
  • Conducting and facilitating seminars/workshops for clients’ needs
  • Debugging/Solving software issues

Candidate Profile
Required Skills:
  • BSc Degree in Information Technology
  • At least two years practical knowledge of the following:
  • Technical Support of software applications (ERP, etc.)
  • MS SQL Server
  • Excellent communication skills, team player
  • Goal-orientation, positive and cooperative attitude, problem solving, communication and self management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Fulfilled military obligations for male applicants.

Desired Skills:
Knowledge on Logistics/Accounting of Public Sector, will be a strong plus
