McKinsey
Consulting Academy is a full day workshop, organized for the 3rd year by the
Athens office and will take place on November 23, 2013 at an off-site location
in Athens. The objective of the event is to introduce participants to McKinsey
& Company and management consulting and to provide insights on the type of
work we do, the profile of our people and the career opportunities we offer.
During the
workshop, participants from all over Greece will have a real opportunity to experience
teamwork and practice a real case study in a risk-free environment.
The event
will contain plenary sessions where participants will have the chance to get to
know each other and to learn more about the management consulting industry and
the profile of McKinsey, both in Greece and internationally. Additionally,
participants grouped into teams, will better comprehend the way we work by
solving real McKinsey projects case studies, with the guidance of our
consultants. In parallel, there will be dedicated sessions on the recruiting
process within McKinsey, as well as hints and tips for prospective candidates.
Throughout
the workshop, McKinsey consultants will be available to share their insights
and experience from their career with the Firm.
But it is
not all about work! Reception and informal discussions with our people will
follow the professional program!

Candidates
for the McKinsey Consulting Academy are Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD students at
their final year of studies or graduates with up to three years’ experience,
who command fluently Greek and English alike.
