over Europe . Current vacancy: Project Manager,
fluent both in English and French to offer his/her services as an expert who
will be based in Luxembourg
The work
will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at the customer
premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will
be integrated in the Project Management team of the company that will closely
cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Tasks
description:
- Manage the evolutive, corrective and adaptive maintenance as well as the Design and implementation of the new features;
- Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables;
- Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings;
- Estimate/monitor costs, timescales and resource requirements;
- Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and provide regular and accurate reports;
- Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly develop their skills and experience.
- University degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT, OR non university degree with minimum 10 years experience in IT;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management of computer software construction;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a project management tool;
- Proven experience in quality procedures;
- Practical experience of RUP methodology and the system development life-cycle;
- Excellent command of English and French.
