Programme Management Office, Information Management & Technology. Position: Business Analyst Team Leader. Salary: from £41,041 - £47,517 pa incl. Closing date for applications: Friday 6th September 2013.

Introduction:

The Programme Management Office (PMO) is the centre of business analysis, project management and project support expertise in Information Management & Technology (IMT) and manages ITrelated projects for IMT and the wider school.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to manage the provision of business analysis for the development of IT projects. You will have substantial experience of managing a team of Business Analysts and the ability to recruit, lead and manage staff as required.

You will lead the team to provide direction and guidance to LSE customers on best practice and suitability of IT solutions and developments, prepare business requirement specifications and business process specifications.

Candidates should have:

• Substantial experience of managing a team of Business Analysts and the ability to recruit, lead and manage staff as required
• Substantial experience of business analysis using a standards based methodology
• Ability to communicate effectively with people on all levels of the school
