motivated Back End Developer who is ideally passionate about design. The

Responsbilities:
- Software requirements analysis, product design and implementation
- Research problems discovered by test/product support and develop solutions
- Maintain existing code base
- Assist the support group
- Prepare user and technical documentation content
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing
- Provide guidance to the certification group for further testing
- B.S. in Computer Science/Software Engineering or higher degree is required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in C# language
- Experience developing, debugging and troubleshooting C/C++ or C# applications is required
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and C# is preferred
- Fluency in English language

On behalf
of our client, we are looking for an IT Support Analyst with some experience in
programming.
Your
Responsbilities:
- Setup/monitor/manage/troubleshoot Pcs, servers, laptops, network, firewall, printers, etc.
- Daily Backup & Restore
- Monitoring & managing Exchange server email system
- Support end users on trading & accounting system
- Creating/assisting in the creation of ad-hoc reports from Trading & accounting systems
- Developing ad-hoc-reports into reusable full reports
- Monitoring and managing existing commodity Trading & accounting systems
- Co-ordinate with external vendors for solving hardware, software and network issues
- To negotiate effectively with outside vendors for IT related services
- Manage all external support, contracts and licenses for hardware and software
- Act as an interface between business users and external development team to interpret requirements
- Preparing requirement documents, working with external vendors for developing new trading system and
- understanding new system architecture, integration and data flows
- Performing basic, functional & integration testing for new trading system and communicate testing outputs to external vendors
- Assist Logistics department in times of need
- Hands on experience in managing windows 2003, 2008 servers, LAN
- Proficient in Active directory, DHCP, Microsoft exchange server, Windows Hyper-V
- Can program in several programming languages (VB.NET is preferred)
- Knowledge of databases (MSSQL is preferred)
- Knowledge in Navision Accounting system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 (or later) and Excel VBA Macros
- Clear understanding of Local Area Network (LAN) & Wide Area Network (WAN)
- Good problem solving and communication skills

- Experience as an IT Support Analyst:
- Minimum 2 years either in general support or data processing/reporting
- Experience in MERCATOR trading system is an added advantage
- Able to handle servers, network, printers and other IT infrastructures independently
- Experience in developing reports in Excel using ODBC and VBA
- Able to work independently
- Some experience with programming
- Experience with Commodity Trade is an advantage
