Our service is free of charge and without any obligation for the candidates. On behalf of our client in Germany, we are looking for an IT Security Engineer.
Responsibilities:

• Perform daily review of all security logs
• Address, report and escalate security anomalies
• Monitor and manage virus updates globally
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation
• Monitor security trends and reports on interesting development in the security community
• Test security tools and provide reports on the evaluation results
• Manage the granting of rights to network and systems to enable separation of duties
• Complete research projects
• Resolves all issues promptly quickly and escalates as necessary
• Follow change management procedure
• Use service management software to log and maintain all issues
• Manages local and global projects to completion and reports on their progress
• Participates in weekly meetings with the global team
• Maintains security policy
• Perform other security related task as requested

Education / Certification Requirements:

Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of security related experience
• Experience with Cisco ASA Firewalls, SSL VPN, IPS/IDS,SIEM
• Experience with Windows environment
• Web content filtering tool such as Websense
• Solid knowledge of all core internet protocols (e.g: TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP)
• CISSP, or CCSP is desirable
• CCNA is desirable
• Experience with Unix/Linux environment is desirable
