Duties:
Under the supervision of the
Chief of the External Relations and International Cooperation Section, and as a
member of the Capacity Development Initiative (CDI) team, the intern will inter
alia:
- Create interactive modules and learning materials on the CDI eLearning platform;
- Develop and edit videos for promotional, training and archival purposes;
- Draft input for social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn;
- Assist with participant registration and course enrollment;
- Research current trends in eLearning, online social networking, multimedia content distribution as well as collaboration and community building tools such as blogs, wikis, and forums;
- Assist with live courses in Vienna including live video streaming and recording, demonstrations of the eLearning platform and the design of posters, banners and leaflets;
- Perform updates on the CDI section of the CTBTO public website;
- Assemble Flickr albums and slideshows;
- Assist in the development of iBooks and additional mobile device multimedia;
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the video and audio database;and other duties as assigned.
